By using Anglez, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law where you live, whichever is greater. By using Anglez you confirm that you meet that requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@anglezapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading content, you grant Anglez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content through the platform as necessary to operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where we must retain it by law.
You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it.
Prohibited activities
You may not:
- Harass others
- Post illegal content
- Impersonate others
- Upload malicious software
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Our Community Guidelines spell out what is and is not acceptable on the platform, and form part of these Terms.
Account suspension
Accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines may be suspended or terminated. You may stop using Anglez and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
Anglez is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except as required by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anglez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. When they change, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Anglez after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
